How do you describe your purpose in life as a Unicorn?

“Gratitude is undefeated, and servant leadership is the name of the game. To win the day, I wake up with a mission to coach and compliment leaders and lawyers by leveraging the power of gratitude, grit, and growth. This mission is new every morning in my work as an executive, business coach, and consultant.”

How did you identify your purpose? Were there any major obstacles along the way?

“Vulnerability is victory. So, honestly, I am still identifying my purpose by putting in the work for 20+ years and 20,000+ hours and counting to answer this 2-part question: How do people define their #1 professional goal and how can I help them to achieve it?”

What tips would you provide others to identify their purpose?

“Think. Full stop.  Take the time to just think. And I mean this practically and philosophically. You can start today.  Do you have 10 minutes you can invest in yourself today to just think?  Device off, Determination on! As a speaker once said: We become what we think about.”
