We're excited to invite you, our incredible Unicorns, to participate in our latest marketing campaign – the ZIMRothschild Contest: Design Your Unicorn Apparel! We've witnessed firsthand the creative talents of our customers, as many of you have sent us sketches that have turned into amazing products. It's time to take it to the next level!  In fact, our popular sneaker, "The Sankalp" was designed by one of our customers, Sankalp Kandaswamy, who decided to submit an idea that represented his idea of the ZIMRothschild mission. 

At ZIMRothschild, we believe in celebrating the uniqueness and individuality of our customers, whom we fondly refer to as "Unicorns." As a platform for past, present, and future trailblazers, we strive to create programming and a platform that highlights their stories and journeys. Unicorns are those extraordinary individuals who dare to challenge social standards and preconceived notions, making life better not only for themselves but also for others. They are the catalysts of progress and change, confidently laying the foundation for a brighter future.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The contest is open to all customers of ZIMRothschild, aged 18 years or older, residing in eligible countries where ZIMRothschild ships its products.

Contest Entry: Submit your unique hoodie or t-shirt designs to ZIMRothschild via email at info@zimrothschild.com by August 15th, 2023.  The subject of your email should be "Design Contest 2023".

Intellectual Property: By entering the contest, participants agree to grant ZIMRothschild the rights to use and reproduce their submitted designs for the purpose of producing and selling apparel items. Participants grant ZIMRothschild a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote their designs on the ZIMRothschild website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.

Selection of Winners: ZIMRothschild will review all eligible entries based on creativity, adherence to the brand identity, and overall appeal. Winners will be selected based discretion and will be announced on ZIMRothschild's social media platforms and website. 

Prizes: ZIMRothschild will produce the winning design as a limited-edition ZIMRothschild hoodie or t-shirt.

General Terms: ZIMRothschild reserves the right to (a) disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in any fraudulent or unethical activity; (b) modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice. By participating in the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless ZIMRothschild, its employees, and affiliates from any liability or claims arising out of or in connection with the contest or the prizes awarded.
